I'm kinda a short-term goal kind of girl. I get really restless thinking long term. So here are my goals for the brief future:
- I want to run a 5k at the end of March.
- I want to do this in 35 minutes (about 11 minute miles).
-I want to achieve this by working on my jogging speed 3 times a week.
-I want to continue lifting weights twice a week.
After March is over, I will work on some new goal. Untill then... here goes!
